Shipping & Returns Policy
1. BettyConfidential Shop and our affiliated vendors ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, and multiple local carriers in Canada including Canada Post and UPS. BettyConfidential Shop does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We currently do not ship to any of the U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico. Many orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, not from BettyConfidential Shop.

For orders shipping to Canada, a $10 per product fee is added to BettyConfidential Shop regular U.S. shipping charges along with an international shipping surcharge based on products ordered and final destination. This surcharge is necessary to cover importation duties and province taxes.
2. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping times will vary, as some items are made to order.
3. Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart for small package shipping.
4. BettyConfidential Shop is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California destinations.
BettyConfidential Shop wants you to be fully satisfied with your order! All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of BettyConfidential Shop. Prior to returning any item, you must first obtain a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA”) by contacting Customer Care -- this helps us organize your return.
1. You may return any Eligible Product(s) you have ordered from BettyConfidential Shop within 14 days from the date of shipment for shipment. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page. The shipment date can be found on the shipping box label or in your shipment confirmation email.
2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain our deep discounts, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing.
3. Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page for that product, when you place it in your shopping cart, and when you are asked to confirm your order.
4. Items arriving after the 14 day return period will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
5. We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging. Please include all original packaging and materials (such as price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions) otherwise your refund may be delayed or we may not be able to process the return and have to send it back to you.
6. Refunds or BettyConfidential Shop shopping credits will be processed after the goods have been received.
7. We aim to process all returned goods within one (1) week of receipt. The return address will be clearly indicated in your RMA email. All merchandise must be sent to the correct location the package will be returned to sender.
8. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email Customer Care with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform Customer Care of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
9. If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact Customer Care so that we can assist you. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within the Return Period of 14 days.
10. All returns are subject to the discretion of BettyConfidential Shop. The BettyConfidential Shop Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue an RMA number and a UPS packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Any items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
How to request a return:
1. Send an RMA request to Customer Care. In the request please include your name, address, phone number, order number, item(s) number to return and the original shipment date.
2. Indicate if you want a Refund or Exchange
3. State the reason why you want to send your item(s) back.
4. If the product is damaged or defective, please provide details of what is wrong.
5. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. You may elect to receive a store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
6. Your request will be reviewed and if approved, you will receive an RMA Authorization email containing your RMA number and return shipping label which is valid for the Return Period within which you must send your unwanted items back to BettyConfidential.com.
